YOU ARE ENOUGH

One afternoon, as I was writing a book that will soon be released. I was overwhelmed with emotion. I thought about all of the women I have coached or attended one of my events or training. My eyes began to fill with tears. As I sat with this emotion, I then started to think of all the women in this world who have felt they were not enough at some point in their life. My heart ached for every one of YOU because the truth is YOU are enough. At that moment, I posted a message on Facebook to express what I was feeling; this was the message...





YOU BECOME WHAT YOU BELIEVE… It is essential for women to notice what we are telling OURSELVES. Notice what we are allowing to become our TRUTH, by what we let filter into our thought process. It is so crucial to notice your mind chatter; notice how you beat yourself up at times. Honestly, we can be harder on ourselves than anyone else could ever be. Take the time to notice, cancel, clear, replace, and repeat. Interrupt those thoughts and replace them with nothing but real truth. Give yourself permission to receive and accept YOU are ENOUGH.


The process I use with my clients that assists them immensely is called MIND CHATTER SHIFT. The key is to interrupt the thought pattern before YOU let it filter. Once you allow the thought to enter, the thought is stored in your subconscious and becomes your belief and TRUTH.


Mind Chatter Shift Process


1. Notice

The act of noticing is the first step to this process. You want to notice the thought right away. Notice is the most crucial step because if you do not pay attention to your thoughts about yourself and how you perceive yourself, it will affect your self-concept and self-assurance.


2. Cancel

The act of canceling is the next step to this process. In this step, you say out loud CANCEL. This step will stop the thought and mind chatter. You want to cancel the thought right away before it filters in.


3. Clear

Clear is the act of clearing. In this step, you say out loud CLEAR. This step will clear the negative energy of the thought. It is essential to clear the energy that was put out there towards the thought. Anything with emotion positive or negative, the subconscious automatically recognizes and stores as the thought as TRUTH.


4. Replace

Replace is the act of replacing. In this step, you replace the thought with a positive thought. Replace the thought with the opposite of the original negative thought. An example would be if you thought I am not enough: you would replace it with; I am enough, I have so much potential. Another example would be: I am not smart enough you would replace with; I am smart enough, I am capable. These examples are I AM statements.


5. Repeat

Repeat is the act of repeating. Repeat is a crucial step in this process to eliminate the negative thought pattern. Repeat this process every time you notice your mind chatter. Over time you will notice the negative mind chatter is eliminated. You will notice your thoughts will become positive about yourself. The more and more you repeat this process and tell yourself these I am statements, the sooner your belief will be re-programmed, and you will have a shift with positive thoughts.


Always remember, your thoughts are powerful either way. Make it an effort today to notice your mind chatter and shift your thoughts for the better. YOU are enough; you always have been and always will be. So quit telling yourself lies. Those lies will become your TRUTH.
